With Aharon at the helm, BIC is well known for delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.

As Project Engineer Ariel is often at the construction sites taking a hands on approach, innovating solutions and liaising with project managers as well as directly managing front line workers to help drive projects through completion.


Martin Hirko

Leading our larger projects, Martin is a construction professional with more than 40 years’ experience.  He is skilled in team leadership, program development, cost management, procurement and contract negotiation. Martin’s project experience includes infrastructure, energy, retail, commercial office, cultural, hospitality, healthcare and pharmaceutical projects across the US and abroad.


Wagner Carrion

Lead Project Superintendent

Wagner is our Lead Superintendent with over 22 years of construction experience which includes Hospitality, Residential, Commercial Office and mixed-use buildings within New York City. Wagner has significant experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sprinkler Systems (MEPS) which have become more complex and are vital to delivering any major project, especially considering today’s focus on Sustainability and long-term Building Operations. As a key member of the Better Image Contracting team and Wagner’s unique technical ability has given him a proven reputation for providing extraordinary results in optimizing schedules and completing key trades in a timely and organized fashion. Wagner is a high-performance construction professional with an eye for detail.  He exhibits an in-depth knowledge in every aspect of his work, always acting in the best interest of our clients and their projects.

Shimon Melool

Chief Operating Officer

Shimon oversees the company’s operational design and development. His vision is to follow a measured growth plan focusing on quality control, technical expertise, and staff development all of which are required to maintain existing long-term relationships, client satisfaction and repeat business.


Taslim Kawsar

Assistant Project Manager-MEP Systems

Taslim is an Assistant Project Manager with 14 years of construction experience. Taslim began his career working with a Mechanical Contractor for new building projects as well as ongoing facilities maintenance services. Taslim developed his Project Management skill by working his way from estimating, through procurement, design coordination, installation oversight and business operations. His constant day-to-day communications with project owners, designers and other construction trade contractors provided many opportunities for Taslim to develop a reputation of respect and trust by serving as a conduit between the estimating departments and the project management teams which helped to maintain reasonable control of budgetary constraints & scheduling impacts during many project lifetimes.


AB Reznick

General Superintendent

As an experienced construction professional, AB provides oversight on all phases of multiple projects as the need arises. He takes pride and personal ownership for accuracy and completeness of work carried out by the various trades on projects which fall under his realm of responsibility. AB is just one of several reasons for the success of the BIC organization. 


Simmy Lipovenko

Chief Financial Officer

Simmy is responsible for managing the company’s finances, cost benefit analysis, operating expenses and funding sources. Simmy ensures that company financial reports are accurate, conservative and completed in a timely manner to safeguard the long-term financial needs of our company.
